Les Brown said “The harder the battle, the sweeter the victory,” and 19.5 is going to be a hard one. But can you taste the end of the Open?!
As with previous workouts this year and in years past, proper mobility and activation exercises will be important to your success in this workout. If you’re coming straight from your desk job, spend as much time as you need on these to make sure you’re prepared.

Mobility:
- Wrist flexion and extension in quadruped (accumulate 2 min each side)
- Active banded lat stretch (accumulate 2 min each side)
- Squat stretch (x10)
Activation:
2 Rounds of
- Serratus anterior foam roll holds at the wall (1 minute)
- Thread the needle (x10 each side)
- Infraspinatus punches (x10 each side)
- Sampson lunge (x10 each side)
Warm-up:
- Row or bike (2 min)
